* Gracie has been incarcerated into San Andreas County Federal Prison for being a possible accomplice to a number of crimes and is currently awaiting trial. She requested that her kids be seen to by her alleged boyfriend Bruce 'Haze' Williams but he too had been in police custody that night due to Gracie & himself being arrested at roughly the same time, reportedly the two children have been turned over to Child Protective Services because they could not locate and contact the alleged father, Virgilio Cortez *
